Terms & Conditions – AU / NZ Jobs & Careers Expo 2026
By submitting a Curriculum Vitae (C.V.) and registering for the AU / NZ Jobs & Careers Expo 2026 (“Expo”), the candidate agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Consent to Share Information
By submitting his/her C.V., the candidate authorizes Trade Source Recruitment to share the C.V. with multiple employers and recruitment agencies in Australia and New Zealand for the purpose of employment consideration.
2. Duration of Consideration
The candidate acknowledges that his/her C.V. may be considered for employment opportunities before, during, and after the 5-day Expo period.
3. Availability for Interviews
The candidate agrees to remain available for interview requests from prospective employers from the time of C.V. submission, including during the Expo period and, where applicable, after the Expo.
4. Nature of Participation Fee
The candidate understands that the FJD $50 fee is solely for participation in the Expo (ticket/pass) and does not constitute payment for recruitment, placement, or any other services.
5. Non-Refundable Fee & No Guarantee of Outcome
The participation fee is strictly non-refundable. Trade Source Recruitment does not guarantee employment or any specific outcome. Employment outcomes depend on various factors beyond Trade Source Recruitment’s control, including but not limited to:
- The quality and content of the candidate’s C.V.
- Employer requirements and selection criteria
- The candidate’s interview performance and conduct
6. Future Opportunities & Ongoing Support
If the candidate is not successful during the Expo:
- The candidate will receive a complimentary ticket/pass for the next Jobs & Careers Expo organized by Trade Source Recruitment.
- Trade Source Recruitment will continue sourcing employment opportunities on your behalf with employers from Australia and New Zealand for up to 24 months from the date of C.V. submission. We will notify you via email or phone calls for suitable interviews requested by employers.
7. Scope of Services
Trade Source Recruitment’s role is limited to facilitating connections between candidates and employers by sharing C.V.s and coordinating potential interview opportunities.
Trade Source Recruitment does not provide immigration, visa, or work permit services. Any such arrangements are strictly between the candidate and the employer. Employers may choose to assist selected candidates with visa or work permit processes at their discretion.
Once an employer issues you a Job offer Letter and Employment Contract it can be used to launch your Work Permit Visa. Please discuss this further with your employer after selection.
8. Employer Contact Process
The candidate acknowledges that:
- Direct contact with employers or independent job applications through the Expo platform is not permitted.
- Employers will initiate contact with shortlisted candidates based on their review of submitted C.V.s.
- Interview invitations will be sent directly by employers to selected candidates.
